Steven Johnson
Foodservice Solutions® founder and resident Grocerant Guru®. Johnson was the first to identify, quantify, qualify the unique food sales opportunity platform now called the Grocerant niche. Johnson also coined the term Grocerant and was first to be published in both Nation’s Restaurant News and Restaurant Business Magazines in the spring of 1996 defining the space.
